Construction of power supply lines and outdoor electrical networks
We build power supply lines and outdoor electrical networks under a Category II construction license - the permit covers power transmission lines up to 110 kV and above. We deliver and install poles with own crane trucks; we perform outdoor lighting and site power: UPS, diesel generators and metering systems.
For an estimate, specify the line length, voltage class, region and timeline.

Scope of works
Works and permit basis
Each type of work is confirmed by the license annex or the production program.
| Type of work | Basis |
|---|---|
| Power transmission lines | Up to 110 kV and above - annex to the Category II construction license |
| Power supply networks | “Utility networks” group in the license annex |
| Substations and outdoor lighting | Production program: energy and transport facilities |
| Site power: UPS, diesel generators | Company production program |
| Installation of process equipment | Work group in the license annex |
License № 01 ГСЛ-КР №010236 with annex is published on the site in the Licenses section.
Timing and cost
Timing and what affects the cost
Timing and cost depend on the line parameters and route conditions; we prepare the estimate based on the technical specifications.
Line length
Route length and number of poles
Voltage class
Power supply networks or power transmission lines up to 110 kV and above
Soils
Pits for poles and trenches for cable
Scope of works
Line, substation, lighting, site power
Region and mobilization
Site remoteness and hauling equipment
Handover deadline
Required deadline and number of crews on site
For an estimate, specify the line length, voltage class, region and timeline.
Work regions
Where we work
Six regions where the company works. Equipment reaches other sites with our own tractor units.

Questions and answers
The essentials in brief
What power transmission lines do you build?
Power transmission lines up to 110 kV and above - the permit is fixed in the annex to the Category II construction license; the license is published on the site.
Do you install poles with your own equipment?
Yes. Poles are delivered and installed by own DongFeng 6x6 crane trucks - 17 units in the fleet; pits are prepared by Hidromek backhoe loaders.
What does site power include?
Power supply networks, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), diesel generator sets and intelligent metering systems.
Do you perform outdoor lighting?
Yes. Outdoor lighting is part of the direction, including on transport facilities - together with substations along roads.
Can you perform the energy part as part of a large project?
Yes, we work as a specialist contractor or subcontractor on individual types of work - the formats are described on the For partners page.
