Horizontal directional drilling and pipe jacking under roads: we perform crossings under rivers, railways, highways and forest tracts without opening the surface. The own fleet has five Goodeng HDD units; short crossings under sidewalks and carriageways we close by pipe jacking.

How the crossing method is chosen
Three methods depending on obstacle type and crossing length.

How does HDD differ from pipe jacking?
HDD is horizontal directional drilling for long distances under major obstacles: rivers, railway bed, forest tracts. Pipe jacking is for short crossings: sidewalks, carriageway, small obstacles.
Is the road opened during an HDD crossing?
No. The cable or pipe goes under the obstacle along a drill trajectory between entry and exit pits; the pavement above the crossing is not opened.
How many HDD units does the company have?
Five Goodeng units in the own fleet. Pits for crossings are prepared by own Hidromek backhoe loaders - 24 units.
